Her most well-known role is her performance as Judy Kramer from the 2005 Fox television show Point Pleasant and Marcy Brender from the Dawson's creek series. A few years ago she was a character on Marina Cooper on the Guiding Light. This character earned her a nomination at Soap Opera Digest Awards in 2003 for the Best newcomer. Dollar appeared in ABC's Women's Murder Club as Cindy Thomas between 2007 and 2008. Dollar was a part of the 2012 NBC Pilot Happy Valley which was not taken up.
